Hi,

I'm just starting with node + mocha and I need a little help.

I have created this makefile at the project root (using tabs and not spaces) :

test:
@NODE_ENV=test ./node_modules/.bin/mocha \
--reporter nyan

.PHONY: test

When I use the mocha command, tests run smoothly. But when I launch "make test" I'm getting this message:

  make: Nothing to be done for `test'.

What am I missing / doing wrong ?

Since this group is about mocha, and not make/autotools, I would expect there to be other more appropriate places to ask about make.

if you dont mark it as phone with .PHONY: test then make will think that it's supposed to produce a ./test file
