I can not access MDS and OpenMRS server

Dear All
I can access Internet connection from Android Emulator, However, I can
not access the
Moca Dispatch Server from Sana android client. When I configured the
client setting it said “could not check username/password - no network
connection”. I follow the following link, but I can’t solve it

Moreover, when I pressed syn button in the Sana android client, it
display “The application MoCo (process org.moca) has stopped
unexpectedly. Please try again” and it closed.
