附件里Edwin大神之前发给我的巴西的transition guidance的GCP，ppt是general的介绍，excel是针对VP-VP transition的，虽然好多都是葡萄牙语（=_=）但是后面的tracking tool还是能看懂的英语的（^_^）,个人觉得实用性不是那么高，但是很多mindset还是很好的~
