4.基本流程

X+T基本介绍-->报名通道发放-->面试筛选-->参加EP RIC-->Expectation Setting-->OGX EP match process

*鉴于X+T中发生了许多的bad case,请务必进行面试筛选,保证XP和MoC Branding

*参加EP RIC非常重要

5.OGX&TM Synergy

TM:

a.报名通道发放&报名人员统筹

b.安排MMB Camp/LC Meeting X+T promotion session

c.统筹安排并参与X+T Interview

d.X+T RTN follow up & review

e.确保X+Ter去EP RIC

OGX:

a. 准备X+T promotion内容

b.与TM一起进行interview

c.Expectation setting

d.Match X+Ter

*鉴于X+T特有的傲娇属性,可以考虑单独的X+T Expectation setting
