HaaS networking issue

Hey all,

I've been working on HaaS all day and in the last couple hours, I've been having networking issues. Initially, I wasn't able to get any traffic NATed through my head node, then all my connections died. I restarted my head node and it cannot DHCP.

It seems like there is something wrong on the haas-master. I'm around right now if anyone wants to help looking into this.

Hi Dan,

I don't think this is behind your problem, but I was meddling with one of the haas master networking earlier today. I was only working with the interface on the IPMI network which shouldn't be interfering with your stuff, but...

I did just put the network back the way it was before I started messing with it - can you test again and see if any of your problems are gone, or have changed?

The issue seems to be resolved as of about 15 minutes ago.

Great! It seems like there are some interesting networking quirks that I wasn't aware of, sorry about that. I'm accomplishing what I need to do another way, so the problem shouldn't repeat itself going forward. Let us know if there are further similar issues.
