MIT license question

Is the (MIT licensed) version 2.6.2 downloadable from code.google.com/p/mobiscroll/ page free to use without any additional license purchases?  

I know that mobiscroll.com requires a paid license for its current version.  Although I am hoping that I can get the paid version once my app starts generating some revenue, I don't have a budget at this point (small time developer).
