The discussion focused on seamless, multi-modal integration for last-mile connectivity covering the following:
- Physical integration primarily addresses the integration of the metro stations with other modes of transport through combined
infrastructure for bus stops, rickshaws, bike sharing systems, etc.
- Institutional integration refers to cooperation between different public and private sector agencies for implementing holistic
public transit systems in which different transport modes complement one another.
- Informational integration is a central focus area of STAMP, and refers to the deployment of technology to provide real-time
information and service availability to users.
