Hi, Would life have been different if SEZ's(Special Economic Zone) weren't allowed to be setup in India's top 5-7 cities?
SEZ's are meant to generate a lot of employment/economic activity. Did these cities need them?
Which is a better problem to solve - creating new cities or economic centres? or scaling existing crowded cities to handle more and more people?
A recent non-traditional project is India's biggest airport in Kerala - its not near their big cities but neither is it being built over a forest or green land.
One could argue either way on this topic - it will be great to hear your thoughts.
