Hello,

We are so excited to be hosting a Mobility Management Conference as a collaborative effort of the Partnership for Mobility Management. The conference website is http://web1.ctaa.org/webmodules/webarticles/anmviewer.asp?a=2233&z=100. We envision an interactive gathering with mobility managers, those who use mobility management tools and its philosophy and those who simply wish to learn. We will be sharing the innovation and energy around the country that is improving transportation services and mobility options.

So how are we going to accomplish this? We would like mobility managers from coast to coast and those nowhere near a coast (maybe near a pretty lake or a gorgeous desert) to come participate, learn and share with others. Our dream is to welcome participants from every type of community - from the beautiful small towns of Wisconsin to the big cities of California.

This conference is in June 5-7  2011 and several other MM from Wisconsin will be attending.  Wanted to reach out to you to see if I could afford to attend. This will probably be the only training we get….. We are told at this point reimbursement with New Freedom travel money no RTAP funds.

Please advise.

Hi,

I have received a few inquiries about scholarships.

CTAA's National Programs department is offering 40 scholarships for mobility managers to attend the Mobility Management conference on June 6-7, 2011, as part of the Association's annual EXPO. This scholarship will cover three nights of lodging in our host hotel and the two-day conference registration fee. It is open to all mobility managers or those who perform those duties in their organization.

The deadline for applications is Friday, April 15, 2011. We will randomly select 40 winners from all qualified applicants, so apply today!
