Hi All
The residents of Lookout Mountain in Colorado have experienced serious
ill health problems, because of EMR emissions from many antennas that
are located nearby. The residents have also been the subjects of
scientific studies. Here is further information about those studies,
sent by Deb Carney of C-A-R-E.

Martin,

Our community was studied and the postmenapausal women who did not have
high melatonin levels increased estrogen levels with increased RF
exposure. This study has now been published:

*I. New Results from CSU published in October edition of the Journal of
the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.*
www.joem.org/ <http://www.joem.org/>

*Background.* The Colorado Department of Health 1999 & 2004 audits of
the number of brain and central nervous system tumors in residents
closest to Lookout Mountain broadcast towers found statistically
significant tumor elevations in the type of tumors linked to
radiofrequency exposure in workers and that every tumor victim was in
direct line of sight to TV/FM towers. Because of this, Colorado State
University and the University of Washington began studies on the effect
of the Lookout Mountain broadcast tower radiation on 300 Lookout
Mountain Residents several years ago. Many Paradise Hills residents
participated. Several papers have been written on the results.

*Amounts of RF.* The first paper details the amounts of radiation.
?Radio frequency nonionizing radiation in a community exposed to radio
and television broadcasting. ? Burch JB, Clark M, Yost MG, Fitzpatrick
CT, Bach and AM, Ramaprasad J, Reif JS. Environ Health Perspect. 2006
Feb;114(2):248-53

*White Blood Cells increase with increasing broadcast radiation.* The
second paper was obtained prior to publication by Lake Cedar Group doing
a Freedom of Information request. ?Human Responses to Residential RF
Exposure.?

John S. Reif, James B. Burch, Michael Yost Annette Bach and, Maggie
Clark. August 23, 2005. The data charts show that as the amounts of
electromagnetic radiation increase, the amounts of our white blood cells
(T-Cells) increase, even at levels 100 times under the FCC limits for
broadcast radiation. http://www.c-a-r-e.org/health.htm#Exposure

*Estrogen levels increase in post menopausal women.* The third paper has
been published in October edition of the Journal of the American College
of Occupational and Environmental Medicine*.* www.joem.org/
<http://www.joem.org/>. Dr. Burch has advised that this study will show
a biological response to the radiation in post menopausal women who do
not have high levels of melatonin. The estrogen levels in these women
increase as the amounts of broadcast radiation increase.

Hi All
This link is to Vitality Magazine, a health publication based in
Toronto.
The article is a very well written document by Dr. Sherill Sellman
N.D. that describes the links between Hormones, Breast Cancer and
Electro Magnetic Radiation. Please circulate it widely, this is very
important information that the public need to know!
Martin.
