in radiation
exposure,
"guidelines
for
permissible
radiation are
still being
applied based
on a seriously
outdated
approach.
These
guidelines
only
protect humans
from harmful
effects
resulting from
extreme
intensive
exposure that
causes acute
warming of the
body. This
means
that people
are completely
unprotected
from a range
of harmful
effects, such
as cancer, DNA
damage,
oxidative
stress and
neurological
effects that
the science
has repeatedly
shown occur at
levels well
below these
guidelines.
They offer no
protection
whatsoever
against
harmful
effects on
biodiversity.
Given what is
known today
about the
risks of this
technology, it
must be
considered a
violation of
human rights
to impose this

their own
homes without

Conclusions:
"Surface
radiofrequency
exposure
assessments
including mmW
radiation are
insufficient
to ensure
safety; there
are several
reasons
assessment of
SAab (
specific
absorption) is
also needed.
A real
danger of the
‘expert’
assurances of
a lack of risk
is that they
discourage the
necessary
research to
evaluate risk
properly. They
may also
discourage
review of
apparently
outmoded/questionable
approaches
being taken in
RF exposure
standards.
Once the 5G
mmW band is
internationally
operational, a
significant
proportion of
the world’s
population
will be
exposed to new
hazards. The
intensity and
complexity of
near-field
exposure, such
as when
carrying a
phone in a
pocket or
using it next
to the head,
will be
different for
5G, and this
is the first
time mmW have
been used for
public
telecommunications
and the first
time
beamforming
has been
deliberately
introduced for
near-field
use. Without
research on
the impact of
near-field 5G,
this global
step is an
experiment at
the population
level. Bearing
this in mind,
there is a
vital and
urgent need
for targeted
research and
for a
re-evaluation
of the
scientific
relevance of
the current RF
human exposure

The Judicial
Review of the
UK Action
Against 5G
legal case
received an
unfavorable
judgment. The
team will be
filing the
first phase of
the appeal on
March 29th. The
plaintiffs
were operating
under many
constraints
about what
could or could
not qualify as
evidence and
science.
"We
were not
permitted to
challenge
‘contested
scientific
matters’,
which amounted
to a plethora
of
peer-reviewed
science we
presented that
remained
unexamined and
unacknowledged. We were not able to challenge the Government’s
interpretation
of scientific
evidence. We
were not
permitted to
argue that the
Government had
failed to
review
scientific
evidence. We
were not
permitted to
argue that the
Government had
failed to
undertake a
proper
assessment of
5G risks.
Overall, we
were not
permitted to
question the
Government’s
approach to
regulation of
5G and we were
not permitted
to challenge
the
Government’s
adoption of
the ICNIRP
guideline."

was extremely
constrained:
"The
grounds for
the judicial
review were
extremely
narrow and
constrained,
they were: 1.)
failure to
provide
adequate or
effective
information
about 5G risks
and their
mitigation;
2.) failure to
justify the

What
Are Hypersonic
Weapons and
Who Has Them?
Hypersonic
weapons fly at
speeds of at
least Mach 5
[that's 5x the
speed of sound]
and are highly
maneuverable and
able to change
course during
flight. They are
different from
ballistic
missiles, which
can also travel
at hypersonic
speeds (of at
least Mach 5)
but have set
trajectories and
limited
maneuverability.
There are two
main categories
of hypersonic
weapons:
hypersonic glide
vehicles and
hypersonic
cruise missiles.
Hypersonic glide
vehicles are
launched from a
rocket. The
glide vehicle
then separates
from the rocket
and “glides” at
speeds of at
least Mach 5
toward a target.
NB:
These weapons
assure their
maneuverability
and speed
"thanks" to
AI. Simply
put, war is
the driving
force for most
technological
innovations.
