A new paper by Michael Peleg who presented it in the international conference of IEEE in Tel Aviv, He's looking to advance the subject, he sent this to me and several researchers,  MPs and gov. people. He tells of several clusters he knows of that were not checked yet, engineers told him about those clusters, but they work in places that have no access to such an investigation at this stage.
