What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. copy MobileTerminal_520-2_iphoneos-arm.deb to iphone.
2. dpkg --install MobileTerminal_520-2_iphoneos-arm.deb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Package expected to install instead, problem occurs. (see below)

root# dpkg --install MobileTerminal_520-2_iphoneos-arm.deb

IOS 7 failed install as 312 above.
Going into Cydia afterwards showed MobileTerminal as an available update,
now it works.
