Dear Francois,
thank you for your submission. and congratulation for your report. I
went through it recently not directly on fara site, but through a blog
of someone working in liberia. It is very interesting.
Your output and conclusion are along the lines of my current researches.
I don't know if you are aware of the work i'm currently leading at W3C
called Mobile Web for Social Development http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/
this group, open to public participation, is investigating the barriers
of using mobile technologies in development project.
We are currently maintaining a wiki (http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki )
and developing a roadmap (http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki/roadmap )
which is still at early stage but the aim of the workshop is to provide
feedback and material for this roadmap.
Anyway, i will put your abstract in the review list.
