Bidit Lal Dey, my Ph.D. student, the one who did the ethnographic action
research on how village farmers in Bangladesh use mobile 'phones, will
be visiting Rome on 12 December (on his way to the Paris SIG GlobDev
workshop, http://www.globdev.org/dev/?q=node/28).

Is there anyone he can visit while in Rome to talk about mobiles and
development?
