Prevent the lost action.

An action actually is a normal file on the disk, so it can't contain the
charactors that can't be used in a file name, but many times I forgot it,
so after I finish input of an action, when I hit enter, the action will be
gone without warning.

So I think it should have a mechanism to check if an action has charactors
that can't be used, if so, when user try to finish the input, mobileGTD
will warn it and prevent to exit to make an action lost.
