Small updates to gtd.pl

Hi

Made some small changes to gtd.pl

Updated the readme.txt, got gtd.pl working on windows using cygwin (see readme.txt), and added a wrapper for the email client in linux 'mutt'. Basically allows you to add an action to a project based on the emails subject line. Again, see the readme.txt.
