Use sound clips as infos format?

Input is pain on cell phone, I think sound clip as infos is good, no
one try to achieve it?

I used the recording functionality for a while as inbox. 

But at some time you have to transcribe the audio into written text, 

because you probably don't want your mobile phone babbling every time you need info about a project.

But of course it would be possible. I just won't have the time anytime soon to implement it...
