Issue: Unable to scroll around in web page area when replying

When you are replying to a thread and the app takes you to an in-app
GAF web page and gives you the text box to insert your reply, you
cannot scroll around in the area about the keyboard (where the posts
are viewable).
When you put your finger up there the app assumes you want to zoom in
on text and you get the magnifying glass.
Ideally you'd want to both be able to zoom in on text (will be needed
for future copy/paste), and swipe around to see more than just what is
initially viewable in the content area.
