"Jump to last page"

I'm sure it kinda goes without saying, but it'd be nice to be able to
jump straight to the last page of a thread from the thread listings.
Loading the page and then clicking "last" isn't really all that much
slower than ckohler's web app, but just for simplicity's sake it'd be
nice to have the option.
