cannot able to display the search results...please help!!!

I installed and configured the mobilecat code on a Windows 2003 server. PHP is installed and working as well as Apache although I have very little experience with PHP
Apache web server management. I tried following the instructions for setup but I think I'm missing some things. the page is displaying just like i wanted but when i type to search something in the search box it throw me an erros that says "PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function file_get_dom() in C:\\www_mcat\\IIIParse.php on line 707, referer: http://mcat.lib.utpa.edu/search?searcharg=" I'm not sure what i am missng. It would be helpful if anybody in the group know whats going on. Admins please help.
