Job Description:
· Extensive Experience on Active Directory, Exchange Server 2010/O365, Lync 2013, Skype for Business.
· Design, Implement and Administer Exchange 2010.
· Managing O365 Hybrid environment.
· Knowledge on Troubleshooting DirSync/Azure AD Connect Tool.
· Mailbox Migration from Exchange 2010 to O365.
· Managing Database Availability Group (DAG).
· Managing Exchange Backup.
· Design and Execute Exchange Disaster Recovery.
· Troubleshooting Email and Mail Flow, Routing and Transport issues.
· Troubleshooting Active Sync.
· Troubleshooting Client issues Outlook and Outlook for MAC.
· Patching Exchange Servers, Domain Controllers and Share point Servers.
· Presenting in CAB Meetings.
· Effective communication to customers across the globe via telephone, email and other electronic communications.
· Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs, preparing RCA.
· Participate in meetings to share knowledge with other Engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
· Knowledge on Power Shell scripting.
· Managing Windows Server 2008 based Active Directory.
· Knowledge on managing multiple domains across multiple Sites.
· Managing and Troubleshooting Replication issues.
· Knowledge on Tools used to monitor and troubleshoot AD Replication issues.
· Troubleshooting Group Policy issues.
· User Account creation and termination.
· Managing SCOM environment with 200+ Agent Monitored Servers.
· Alert fine-tuning in SCOM Server based on Team’s inputs.
· Migrating ADFS 2.0 to 3.0.
· Administers and Maintains End User Accounts, Permissions and Rights.
· Migrating users from On-Premise Lync 2013 to Skype for Business Online.
· Managing RBAC.
· Enabling, Disabling Lync users.
· Enable users for Enterprise voice.
· Troubleshoot Lync server connectivity issues.
· Managing Lync clients.
· Assigning policies.
· Reset pin for users in Lync.
· Troubleshooting conferencing and Meeting invite issues.
· Managing Active Directory Certificate Services.
· Knowledge on ITIL.
· Microsoft Exchange 2010, O365 and Lync certified is additional advantage.
· Willing to work in 24/7.
