Microsoft US is having issues to get to the login page (oauth).
Could it be blocked abroad somehow? It works for every test user I have in Belgium.

Our site is not blocked from abroad. Do you have some more info about
the problem they're having?

Hey Koen

They claim that they are unable to access the login page.
In the app, it only shows the page once it is loaded, in the meantime you are seeing a loading page progress bar.

There are 4 possibilities here.

First: The page is down when they are testing. This always happens during our nightime.
Second: The page is not accessible from where they are testing.
Third: their connection is so crappy it takes ages to load the page, where they would get the impression it's not loading but are, in fact, impatient.
Fourth: you can't request an oauth login url without a MV connection

I distibuted the same app to my testers again yesterday (all in Belgium) and everybody confirms the page IS loading.
So, I've contacted Microsoft to ask for more information.
But, if any of the obove assumptions might make sense, let me know.

Regards

Jan

Hypothesis 4 is definitely false, you can verify this by trying with a
wifi-only connection. 1 seems unlikely as well. It's hard to diagnose
these problems without more info, so do post it if you get some. :)
Maybe you can try adding some logging info to your app to facilitate
debugging?

Yeah, I figured 4 out like that this morning.
I'll get feedback asap (but that's a vague description tbh).

About the debugginng, I can't reproduce this. Adding logging to the app would be a possibility but time consuming (I don't have time).
