Impossible to save track

I use Mobile Trail Explorer with a Nokia N70 and a Mediacom GPS. The
software is installed in media card and the path to export file is the
same directory. When i try to save the data, in both .kml and .gpx i
get this error: "Save Failedjava.lang. Exception: writeToFile: Open".
All the other features of the software are funcional.
Can some help me to solve the problem?
