What would be the best Mobile Application for Nepal?

Everyone can post their views about the best Mobile Application that would be most suitable for Nepal

It would be nice if we have the information of local transportation with the following features:

1. Users can input the starting and the destination which will output the best route. Which vehicle to catch and where to change it.
   
2. Best price or total cost of the route.
3. nearest taxi stands
4. call the taxi on demand

Something like that.

And if it could be done using OpenStreetMap. Here in Germany the local transportation body has information regarding BUS / Tram / Trains available easily through an android or iOS app and uses OSM to display them.
