All this stuff is so new.  The paint isn't dry on anyone's device, software or business arrangement.  Outside, in the rest of the world, most people have phones that... make phone calls and not much else.

Everything we think we and other people know about these devices, how they are used and what people are willing to pay for, could be completely wrong.
