In the last several days, Apple has published a couple of updates for
our games: Money 2.1, Modern Art CG 1.5, and Masters Gallery 1.5. The
main purpose of all of these releases was to update the games for the
iPhone5, so they all now take advantage of the wider screen (with a new
wider background and the card display using the whole table space). I
think it was particularly useful for Money, where the cards can
sometimes get a little tight at the end of the game.
Modern Art CG has also been updated for the iPad3, to make all the
artwork hi-res on the new iPad retina screen. (Masters Gallery already
had hi-res art.)
These games all include some improvements to look and to speed as well.
In future months, I'm going to be continuing to update all of our apps
for Game Center, iPhone5, and iPad3. Of those, the iPad3 updates will
probably lag the most, as they often require going back to our artist.
At the moment the GC/iPhone5 update for Gold! is what's currently on my
desk (to go out to Apple this week).
We're also going to be having some announcements for Kingdoms in the
near future: a Lite version and some new in-app purchases for both versions.
