Modern Art Card Game Update Released

Apple approved our update for Modern Art: The Card Game in a blisteringly fast 1 day, so I missed it last week. In any case, it's out now and many of you probably already have it.

This was our ELO + GameCenter release, but as with other recent updates I added a few frequent requests. Here that meant adding a pop-up and bell to help make sure you know when you're in Simultaneous Play mode and a couple of different features to make it easier to select artists in Award Artist mode.

Here's the complete list:

✓ New elo system lets you compare ranking with opponents.
✓ Game Center support for leaderboards now lets you compare your maximum elo ranking and your top scores with players across the world.
✓ Game Center support for achievements notes standard accomplishments.

✓ New warnings remind you when you're entering a Simultaneous Play turn.
✓ Pop-ups help you select artists in Award Artist mode.
✓ Set the "Verify Award" option to be sure you always choose the right artist in Award Artist mode.
✓ Polished look of artist pop-ups.

✓ iPad only: Updated rules are easier to read and include examples.
✓ iPad only: Polished look of frame buttons.
✓ iPhone only: New games menu (marked with a "+") makes it easy to navigate among RPGnet games.

At this point, High Society, Gold!, and Web of Power Card Game: The Duel are still awaiting upgrades, but for the moment my time is going to the (long-delayed) Masters Gallery variant game (of Modern Art: The Card Game). I hope to have that submitted to Apple this month, then to get back to some of those other updates in August.
