changing the log level on cb lite .net client

Can the log level be changed to debug on the current .net client?

Currently we compile away that ability in release builds, and you only get INFORMATION or higher severity. It's a performance optimization.

On debug builds, we should be defining VERBOSE and leaving those calls intact. We don't currently ship debug assemblies though.
