ANN: Couchbase Mobile 1.3 is now available

We’ve released Couchbase Mobile 1.3 — an update to Sync Gateway and all the platforms of Couchbase Lite. The major features include:

• Support for OpenID Connect, allowing you to easily integrate authentication providers into Sync Gateway
• Document Expiration (aka TTL), giving documents in your local database and Sync Gateway an expiration time
• SG Replicate, allowing integrated support for active-active replication between Sync Gateways (using the same replication protocol as with Couchbase Lite and CouchDB.)
• New sgcollect_info tool, for more easily collecting and sharing runtime diagnostic information about Sync Gateway nodes
• Our new build for the tvOS platform
