Some notes on proxying through nginx

I've written up a couple of blog posts on getting Couchbase Lite talking to Sync Gateway through an nginx proxy on port 80 and port 443 on my blog at http://www.marcusr.com

It's pretty straightforward and good to do I think to make sure your traffic doesn't get blocked for going over non-standard TCP ports.

I have a HAProxy config working too which I will add to the posts.
