Sync Gateway repo structure change

For those of you who are building sync gateway from source, we recently made some big changes to the repo structure in PR 1583.

If you have an existing clone of the sync gateway repo, I'd suggest the following:

* Deleting your current clone (or archiving it somewhere just in case)

* Cloning a fresh copy of the repo based on this development workflow
