Technical/Functional Skills

 

-MUST HAVE SKILLS

 

4-8 years of experience minimum

 

• Proficiency in Zscaler products and services

• Hands-on experience in L2 Admin support

• Knowledge of ZPA, ZIA and ZIP functionalities

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience of working on App Connectors

• Working knowledge of Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint), Network Segmentation and Zero Trust Framework

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support Zscaler infrastructure

• Provide L2 support for Zscaler products like ZPA and ZIP

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues

• Collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions

• Ensure security policies and configurations are implemented

• Maintain documentation and reports for Zscaler systems
