Role Focus: Al/ML Solutions Architect responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native Al solutions with emphasis on agentic Al systems, RAG-based applications, and production-grade ML pipelines.
• Core Mandate: Own end-to-end solution architectures-fees-from tooling selection and platform evaluation to engineering standards, security controls, and production deployment-blending technical vision with hands-on delivery leadership.
Technical Depth: Requires strong proficiency in Python, SQL, AI frameworks (LangChain, crewAI, AWS Strands Agents, PydanticAI), LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, entity resolution, knowledge graphs, and cloud- native deployment patterns.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 8 years in solutions architecture, software engineering, data engineering, and/or applied ML with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI/ML systems in secure cloud environments.
Role Nature: This is a hands-on architecture and delivery role-not a purely advisory or strategy position- requiring deep technical fluency across the modern AI/ML stack, agentic orchestration patterns, and DevSecOps practices.
