Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile project delivery and JIRA administration. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, track deliverables, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure successful project execution while leveraging JIRA for planning, reporting, and workflow management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in IT projects.
• Strong experience managing Agile and Scrum projects.
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA for:
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Management
• Dashboard Creation
• Workflow Configuration
• Reporting and Metrics
• Issue Tracking
• Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Configure and maintain JIRA boards, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitor team velocity and project health metrics.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive continuous process improvements and Agile best practices.
