Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio to design and deliver scalable digital solutions. The role involves architecture design, system integration, and leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable Salesforce architecture solutions using OmniStudio
Lead implementation of OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors
Collaborate with business teams to gather and translate requirements
Define integration architecture with external systems (APIs, middleware)
Ensure best practices, security, and governance
Provide technical leadership to development teams
Participate in code reviews, deployments, and performance tuning
Required Skills
10+ years IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture background
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity)
Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with system integrations & data modeling
Strong understanding of Salesforce data & security model
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Salesforce certifications (Architect level preferred)
Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
