Location – Detroit, MI (Role will be on site, will have to relocate prior to role starting…).
Duration – 9+ Months
Local candidates preferred

Top Skills/Experience – Application Side, NOT Automation or Infrastructure.
1. Manage project execution and IT technical delivery of healthcare payer projects, providing day-to-day project leadership. Candidate MUST have a technical background.
2. Manage multiple work streams of IT technical project delivery through close coordination/cooperation with Business Leads and IT Technical Leads
3. Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting, etc.
4. Able to facilitate/lead requirements gathering sessions and build the business requirements document
Required Skills/Experience
· Mandatory - Prior Healthcare Payer processing systems (Claims, Membership, Eligibility, etc.)**
· Facilitate the IT architecture solution and detailed design
· A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required.
· Providing strategic planning and comprehensive senior level technical consulting to IT senior management and senior technical staff.
· Evaluating compliance with the organization's technology standards
· Guiding and consulting with IT management and technical staffs regarding use of emerging technologies and associated services.
· Participating in the evaluation, selection and application of new and emerging tools and techniques.
· Has wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Minimum 5 years related experience preferred
Educational Requirements:
Master's degree in related field preferred.
