Role : Microsoft Fabric Architect

Role Summary
The Microsoft Fabric Architect will lead the design and implementation of the Fabric-based enterprise analytics platform. This role requires hands-on architectural leadership to modernize data ingestion, transformation, governance, and BI workloads, while ensuring enterprise-grade security, scalability, and alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Define the target Microsoft Fabric architecture using OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse patterns, and domain-oriented workspaces. Establish platform standards for medallion architecture, Dev/Test/Prod separation, naming conventions, and deployment I governance.
Lead KEED-to-Fabric migration with controlled parallel-run execution and reconciliation to ensure BI and metric parity.
• Guide modernization of legacy ETL pipelines using Fabric Data Factory, Pipelines, and Notebooks.
Architect and enforce security models including workspace access, RLS/OLS, and auditability.
Ensure curated, high-quality datasets that are analytics- and Al-ready.
Serve as the technical authority working with enterprise architects, Bl teams, and data engineering leads.
Required Skills & Experience

10-15+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, Power BI).
Proven experience leading enterprise data platform migrations with parallel-run execution
• Deep understanding of Power BI semantic modeling and performance optimization. Experience implementing enterprise security and governance patterns (RLS/OLS).
