Title: Business Analyst – Collateral Management
Location: Irvine CA Onsite

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Collateral Management expertise to support front-to-back collateral transformation initiatives within Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and deliver solutions for collateral management across OTC derivatives, securities financing, and regulatory margin requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for collateral management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Compliance teams.
- Analyse current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Support system implementation, enhancements, and integration projects.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production validation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR) and ISDA SIMM.
- Support collateral optimisation, dispute management, and margin call workflows.
- Work within Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Capital Markets.
- Strong domain knowledge of Collateral Management.
- Knowledge of ISDA, CSA, ISDA SIMM, UMR, and BCBS-IOSCO regulations.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
