Location-- Dallas, TX

Duration- 6 months  

Must be US Citizen per terms of federal contract

Description:

drive a portfolio of initiatives from the early proposal state to active product delivery using agile frameworks, including Scrum, for rapid feedback and speed to value.  These individuals will lead enterprise-wide, cross functional and strategic initiatives to enhance the digital experience by providing the smallest number of the most powerful applications at a reduced cost. 

Deliverables:

someone who will take a backlog of initiatives that are in the early proposal phase and move them to the phase where we execute.  We used to refer to this as our gating process with IPDS, but we are shifting to an agile organization.  I need someone who can take that blend from initiative to execution.  This person has to be very skilled, experience and analytical when it comes to getting these projects to execution.  There may be a need to break down some of these initiatives into smaller components to keep it moving forward, which is why I say we need an agile mindset.

•    Experienced Agile Practitioner:  Has the experience, education and competence to lead agile projects and is able to demonstrate interim deliverables for frequent constructive feedback and course correction.  
•    Analytical:  Able to manage, maintain, and analyze data to derive meaningful and actionable insights about the application portfolio.
•    Articulate:  Able to take in, synthesize and re-communicate leaders' stated vision in a clear, concise manner.
•    Action-oriented:  Averse to analysis paralysis - inclined toward planning just enough, just in time in order to START moving forward.
•    Persuasive: Able to gain buy in and support from people - able to explain how what you are doing is valuable to them and make them feel inclined to help you.
•    Team spirited and collaborative:  Embraces uncertainty and creativity and is able to work well with other team members to lead and drive change.
