·  5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Program Management

·  Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital workplace solutions

·  Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities

·  Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal)

·  Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models

·  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

·  Experience with enterprise rollout and adoption programs
