Click2Call missing in mobicents-all-1.2.1.GA?

Hi,
I know that click2call is a pre-deployed example in mobicents-all 1.2.1.GA, but in the 1.2.1.GA readme, it says that we can find out more about it from examples/click2call/readme.txt. I don't know if it's my download that is at fault, but this directory does not seem to exist in the package that is put up on sourceforge ...
