Mobicents without Asterisk

Hi,

Can Mobicents be used without using Asterisk, lets say using Sangoma + Wanpipe + Mobicents. Have anybody tried this. Thanks.

It will be possible with the next version of Mobicents Media Server that will include SS7 support.

It might even be possible right now if you try from trunk

Hi Gopal,

We have tried Zaptel compatible card with Mobicents Media Server and were able to successfully use CAMEL by JCC RA.
As of now the code is bit un-structured but here is the wiki that explains the set-up and road map
