Is there any difference with the standard mobicents jSS7 ?

TelScale is Product where as Mobicents is community version. TeleStax will support only TelScale platform officially.

Obviously with product one would expect more stable releases, better documentation and production ready features like HA, load-balancing, management and monitoring etc.
