Hi Thomas, any contribution is more than welcome :) and yes the
documentation or even roadmap on the maven plugins is almost none at
this point, those have been very busy times with the container core,
but more or less the plugins development is stable, even if last
versions are tagged as beta versions.

There is not that much to say about the plugins, one is responsible to
generate slee 1.1 deployable unit descriptors, from the dependencies
artifacts, the other is responsible to generate slee 1.1 library
descriptors, again from the dependencies artifacts (the scope defines
if it is a jar or another library reference).

Both can be used simply to generate reosurces, or to package the jars
too (packaging jainslee-du and jainslee-library), perhaps a good start
is to look at how both are being used in RAs/Examples ( deployable
unit modules usually are named "du" and libraries are named "library")
and at the plugins source code.

Plugins sources SVN: http://mobicents.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/tools
Examples/RAs: http://mobicents.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/servers/jain-slee

Do you already have any other features in mind?

Hi Eduardo,

Sorry for such late response but I had a small operation.
Thanks for this insight. I will have a look on sources
and on what OpenCloud have done in their maven plugin.
After my holidays I hope to give some constructive and
useful feedback and thoughts.
