sctp libsctp.so.1 error

Dears

can somebody help me
I have installed restcomm-jss7-7.0.1383
and Jboss 6 AS
and I have already deployed in Linux red hat 2.6
when I try to start my SCTP I get the error
ERROR] java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException : libsctp.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

How can I bind this library to my Jboss?

please help me

Have you installed libsctp ?

( yum install lksctp-tools )

by the way my SCTP link is down still

when I start my ASP server

although I have a ping to destination IPs

do you have any idea to help me
