We are happy to announce a new Mobicents Diameter release, v1.4.0.CR2 !

What's new in this release?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In this release we bring the following main improvements: 

 - S6a Application Support: 3GPP S6a Reference Point is now supported both in Diameter Stack and in Mobicents JAIN SLEE, with it's Resource Adaptor. Thanks to Smile Communications for their contribution;

 - Diameter REDIRECT Agent Configuration: Allows configuration of Redirect Agent through jdiameter-config.xml with properties (such as Redirect-Host-Usage and/or Redirect-Max-Cache-Time), allowing also custom implementations and properties;

 - Improved Stack Compliance: Better compliance with Diameter Base RFC 3588, including better recovery on failed connections, fixed issues with matching of message header Application ID and respective AVPs, corrected usage o message header flags, etc;

 - Improved AVP Management and Compatibility: Several fixes and improvements for AVPs, such as allowing several instances of same AVP as childs, correct manipulation of OctetString type, correct handling of 32-bit unsigned values and many more;

 - Enhanced Stability and Compliance: Several other issues regarding stack functionality were identified and fixed, providing a more stable and usable stack;


This is a CANDIDATE release as there are API and deep core changes happening, but it's been thoroughly tested, with the testsuite extended to cover more than ever, including message flows for all applications both in standalone and cluster mode!

As usual, it includes several improvements and fixes to the Stack, Multiplexer and Resource Adaptors. 

Mobicents JAIN SLEE 2.6.0.FINAL "GANDHI" compliant Resource Adaptors with HA support are included, for the following applications:

 > Sh-Client
 > Sh-Server
 > Ro
 > Rf
 > Cx/Dx
 > Gx
 > Gq' (CR)
 > Rx (BETA)
 > S6a (BETA)

It is also included the User Guides for Core (Stack and Multiplexer), Resource Adaptors and Jopr Plugin for Mobicents Diameter.

Diameter MUX component for JBoss 4.x and JBoss 5.x are also released as a standalone.
