NPE from event routing task after activityEnded

Hi all,
I've got a NPE from event routing task that I cannot explain yet, after
the following sequence of events, all for the same activity and the
corresponding handle.

0. Activity was started, several events fired by the RA and successfully
handled by a SBB.
1. Activity was ended using sleeEndpoint.endActivity(handle)
2. Event fired on the same activity, which resulted in
javax.slee.resource.ActivityIsEndingException. That's expected, RA
shouldn't have attempted that.
3. RA receives activityEnded(handle) and removes activity and handle
mapping. This is the only case when the mapping is removed.
4. NPE from event routing task in the log (attached).

Happened on Mobicents SLEE 2.5.0. Would appreciate any input.

Unfortunately, no debug logs. At the moment it's not quite clear how to
reproduce that either. I'll take a better look at the scenarios when
that happens and will try to reproduce with debug on, probably next
week.
