Hi all,

After noticing our management console was not displaying correctly anymore because of outdated GWT components https://groups.google.com/d/msg/mobicents-public/w6f08jh1SWg/8HTSgHmagBMJ, we decided to revamp it and give it a cleaner and fresher look and feel https://code.google.com/p/sipservlets/issues/detail?id=200 and engage into an exercise to make the Mobicents UI for Management Consoles more consistent over the platform. Alexandre Mendonça (http://ammendonca.blogspot.fr/) has been leading this effort with great success and we decided to give a first draft of the MSS Console for review based on his great work, so please shoot your feeback, you can try it out from the latest MSS bleeding edge https://mobicents.ci.cloudbees.com/job/Mobicents-SipServlets-Release/lastSuccessfulBuild/

Couple of Notes :
If anyone cares about Microsoft and Windows on the Browser side, IE layout seems to be broken, if anyone would like to contribute back to that, that would be awesome.
Application Routing Editing is not drag and drop anymore and is tab based.

The IE layout is now fixed. The latest build (https://mobicents.ci.cloudbees.com/job/Mobicents-SipServlets-Release/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/) should work fine on all browsers now

Tested on Chrome and Firefox on Linux.

New layout looks great and is more clear about functionality. One comment: The console line ("Mobicents Management Console Log") is anchored to the bottom, it obstructs what's behind, seeing or using the "Remove Application" button is tricky.
