This is something you have to agree with the Mobile Network Operator. Usual value is 8 (the same used for an MSC), but I’ve seen too 11 and 147 (the latter is the same as the one used for a gsmSCF for MAP or an IM-SSF for CAP).
I’m leaving below a list of SSN as per the specifications. It’s a very good idea to follow international specs for many reasons, albeit not everybody follow them, which is a headache when it happens.
